Wind energy is an increasingly popular alternative to traditional energy sources. The windmills provide clean, renewable energy, which you can use to significantly reduce your energy consumption and ecological footprint.

Windwheels produce direct current or alternating current, typically 12-24-48 volts.
The direct current (DC) must be regulated permanently, e.g. 12 or 24 volts, with which we can operate the machines and/or charge the battery.
Wind generators producing alternating current (AC) also produce a small voltage between 12-48V, but you do not need to rectify them, i.e. the alternating current must be converted to regulated direct current.
The direct current regulated by the charge controller can then be used for battery charging, lighting, and machine operation.
The regulated we can further convert and invert direct current to 230V mains voltage, i.e. an inverter is required for this.
A charge regulator is definitely recommended for the modern AC wind generators that we also sell, because it not only converts the AC power produced by the wind generator into direct current, but also when connected to the battery - and this is important! - it also brakes the wind wheel in case of too strong wind, which can also cause an accident.
